I am Chia Pin Chen, a teacher of Raey Guang elementary school in Pingtung county. I am responsible of teaching computer and society class for 6th Grade students. I was temporarily transfered to MIS of education department for Pingtung county goverment in 2000-2002. Our teamwork developed a website portal server (http://sample.ptc.edu.tw) for teachers to apply for. I was graduated from master degree for NUTN (National University of Tainan) in 2006.
Recently, I was a director of academic affairs for third years. We were conducting a ENTERS (Educational Networking in Taiwan for Excellence in Resource Sharing) project for Ministry of Education (MOE), and using the "Edublogs" to share instructional materials with our sister school, Georgetown elementary school in Michigan, U.S. This project could forest critical abilities for elementary school students, for example global view, language skill and ICT skill.

ReplyDeleteI am Chris Huang. I teach English for five graders. My students have just finished school exam two days ago. Now they start to prepare for the dancing and music performance. They all feel excited about dancing with other classmates. I think it is an opportunity for students to develop English singing ability. It's tired to train these students but it's worth.
